How to Register Business START SMART- 06th April

Would you like to start your own business? Here’s where to start by joining our facilitator Lopez Adams for a half day workshop on how to START SMART. Lopez will take you through the steps you need to take to start a business, including taking your idea and looking at it first from all angles. This workshop is great for anyone who wants to take the first step into running their own business. Don’t forget to START SMART!

Business Basics – 09th April

This full day workshop, facilitated by ANZ banks Turoa Vatoko, provides you with a greater understanding on how you can professionally manage your money and your business. Topics covered include how to tell the difference between needs & wants, how to budget for your business and how to plan for the future. This workshop will help you establish your vision for your business, but most importantly how you can make it GROW. Don’t miss your chance to join Turoa on the 9th April. This course is taught in Bislama.

Invoice Reporting – 13th April & 16th April

Join VCCI on the 13th  or 16th of April for a half day workshop with Joelene Sosol, who will be taking you through this important financial management tool – Invoice Reporting. This half day session will help you define what is a billing report an how to prepare it. You will be able to outline key advantages of keeping an invoice record, and not only that you will also learn how invoice reporting can be used to make important financial decisions. Come along and participate, interact, and get motivated!

Improving Relationships with Staff and their Performance – 22nd April

Lenise Monteiro, the best HR consultant in town, will be running a half day workshop at VCCI on how to build and keep good relationships with staff and co-workers, and how bring out their best in thr workplace. Lenise will help you improve your awareness skills,  and how to communicate effectively. Understanding the components of individual performance management and how to improve confidence in managing staff underperforming is a key topic also covered in the half day workshop. There will be activites, a lot of STORIAN and sharing of experiences, don’t miss out!

Profit & Loss – 23th  April

VCCI’s finest Financial Facilitator Joelene Sosol takes you through what is a Profit and Loss statement, and how to prepare one for your business in this half day workshop.  Joelene will outline the key benefits of having a Profit and Loss Report.
