Australia Awards Intake 2024

For those who are interested, the applications for the Australia Awards Scholarships Intake 2024 are now open.

Application open date: 1 February 2023
Application closing date: 31 March 2023.

These prestigious scholarships provide recipients with the chance to experience study and life in Australia or other parts of the Pacific region, building strong links with Australian and Pacific Island people and organisations. Applicants will be selected on the basis of academic competence, professional and personal leadership attributes and potential to contribute to development in Vanuatu.

Applications are strongly encouraged from women, people with disability and other marginalised groups

Eligibility requirements and information on how to apply is available on the Australia Awards Vanuatu website: www.australiaawardsvanuatu.org. Please read all information carefully before completing your application.

There will be information sessions hosted for the general public to attend, dates are listed below:

Port Vila sessions will be held at The Chantilly’s conference room at the following times
- 13th Feb, 9:00am – 11:00am
- 15th Feb, 5:00pm -7:00pm
Santo sessions will be held at The Espiritu Fare in Luganville at 9 am on the 21st, 22nd 23rd of February 2023.
Tanna sessions will be held at the Tafea provincial council conference room at Isangel at 9 am on the 28th of February, 1st and 2nd of March 2023.
