PORT VILA WORKSHOP: Customer Service Workshop

This workshop is targeted at local businesses customer service representatives to create an awareness around the many types of customers both internal and external, what great communication looks like including the understanding around body language and active listening skills. The workshop also focuses on making good first impressions as well as how to handle difficult customers. The workshop delivery varies between face-to-face discussions, group discussions and presentation, video scenarios of good vs poor service and individual question and answers in the workbook provided. The workshop is for long term employees as well as being very powerful for newly recruited or transitioned staff to also understand the many different customer types and how to handle and manage each person effectively.

This workshops is about empowering supervisors in the workplace to become better leaders, learning to delegate effectively to their team, improve communication and approach with daily tasks through better understanding individual needs and preferences while giving them a toolkit of resources to pull from to support them their roles. The day is focused on better understanding their role as supervisors and how they can use the information learnt to maximize employee productivity, create a better working environment and achieve outputs required every time. The workshop is aimed at inspiring and uplifting participants, and give them the power to make better decisions and communicate more effectively.

PORT VILA WORKSHOP: Stress Management & Self Care Workshop

The morning Stress management workshop session is focused on teaching you how to better understand what causes stress, how it affects your well-being, what coping techniques are optimal (such as relaxation exercises or mindfulness practice), and how you can better manage your time (i.e. time management skills). Many passionate and intelligent individuals slowly and sadly burnout. Many have lost hope, direction and purpose especially in the face of COVID – 19. This is not a reflection of capacity or desire – but the result of not understanding how stress affects not just our minds but also our bodies. The afternoon Self-Care workshop is about taking care of your mind and body, so you feel less stress.
