WORKSHOP – Tools and Tips for Employers

The VCCI will be hosting a third workshop of “Tools & Tips for Employers – Making Employment Matters Easier” facilitated by Lee – Anne Sackett. The workshop is mainly introduces employers to the new VCCI Employers’ Guidebook, complete with updates on how to interpret the Employment Act, the new sections on Health and Safety at Work obligations, requirements for hiring non-citizen employees, and how to use the Guidebook tools.   The Workshop is for those with a valid Business License only.

Lenise Monteiro, who has a vast experience in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM), will be facilitating the workshop on “Staff Relationship and Performance” placing more emphasis on improving SME’s knowledge and skills in the areas of communication and performance Management. WORKSHOP – Finding & Keeping the Right Staff

This will be the third “Finding & Keeping the Right Staff” workshop facilitated by Lenise Monteiro, she has a vast experience in Human Resource Management, focusing on improving the small & medium size businesses’ (SME’s) knowledge and skills in the area of recruitment and skills. The 3 P’s: Procrastination, Prioritization and Perseverance – How to divide and conquer the 3 P’s in your life

Workshop participants will come away with useful insights in relation to procrastination and learn practical strategies that they can use to address the 3 P’s in their everyday life.
