Business Link Pacific
Business Link Pacific (BLP) enables small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to access better quality business advisory services that help Vanuatu business develop and grow.
BLP is a New Zealand Government funded, multi-country program which operates in Vanuatu at the Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) (as well as in Fiji, Samoa and Papua New Guinea) in a strategic partnership to deliver an innovative B2B (business to business) program that supports both SMEs and locally based business service providers.
Vanuatu’s SMEs are supported by BLP to connect with and access practical and affordable business advisory services from the BLP Vanuatu Business Service Network. Eligible SMEs can access a BLP financial subsidy which can cover up to 50% of the service fee. The subsidy enables businesses to work with quality business advisors on projects that can transform their business.
Vanuatu business service professionals in the BLP Vanuatu Business Service Network are also supported by BLP to connect and supply business advisory services that offer SMEs practical and affordable solutions.
The BLP Vanuatu Business Service Network includes professionals in all segments of the service industry, including: business and financial accounting, business planning, recruitment and human resources, communication, marketing and e-commerce, IT systems, standards and certification advice, and export promotion and market linkages.
SMEs are encouraged to come and see the BLP Business Service Manager for a FREE BLP Business Health Check. This process takes about one hour and helps to identify the SMEs business support needs. The BLP Manager then connects the SME to business service professionals in the BLP Vanuatu Business Support Network, and to access the BLP financial subsidy.
Vanuatu based business advisory service providers are also encouraged to talk to the BLP Manager about the process to join the BLP Vanuatu Business Support Network.
