This supervisory skills development course addresses a wide range of challenges faced by Supervisors & Business owners within the workplace. This workshop will provide owners or supervisors the adequate tools and resources to support them to effectively manage their team within the workplace. All businesses who have the goal of creating strong, more focused operational Supervisors are welcome to attend this workshop.
