This workshop is about empowering supervisors in the workplace to become better leaders, learning to delegate effectively to their team, improve communication and approach with daily tasks through better understanding individual needs and preferences while giving them a toolkit of resources to pull from to support them their roles. The day is focused on better understanding their role as supervisors and how they can use the information learnt to maximize employee productivity, create a better working environment, and achieve outputs required every time. The workshop is aimed at inspiring and uplifting participants and give them the power to make better decisions and communicate more effectively.
