Learn how to deal with difficult customers and turn them into satisfied customers with our one and only super star facilitator Tahnia Cook on Tuesday 8th of August 2023 from 8am-4pm. This workshop is targeted at local businesses customer service representatives to create an awareness around the many types of customers both internal and external.
The workshop also focuses on making good first impressions as well as how to handle difficult customers. The workshop delivery varies between face-to-face discussions, group discussions and presentation, video scenarios of good vs poor service and individual question and answers in the workbook provided. The workshop is for long term employees as well as being very powerful for newly recruited or transitioned staff to also understand the many different customer types and how to handle and manage each person effectively.
