Ecommerce Gap Analysis assessment on related legal and regulatory framework

The Ministry of Trade and Commerce, in partnership with the Commonwealth Secretariat, is undertaking a comprehensive legal gap analysis of e-commerce-related policies and regulations in Vanuatu. This initiative is key to identifying ways to strengthen our national legal frameworks to better support safe, reliable, and inclusive digital trade.

As part of this process, we are inviting stakeholders across all sectors to complete a short online survey (approx. 8 minutes). Your participation will provide valuable insights and help guide recommendations for future policy and legal reforms.

🗓️ Deadline for submission: At the Earliest Convenience

Your feedback will directly contribute to shaping an enabling environment for e-commerce in Vanuatu – one that aligns with international standards and supports our businesses and consumers.

Should you have any questions or require further information, please contact our focal point for this assignment:
Mr. Brill Palmer – bpalmer@trade-vanuatu.gov.vu

Thank you for your time and valuable contribution to this important national initiative.
