Meet your Council Member, Mr. Alexandre Perret!

Alexandre is BRED Vanuatu Limited’s (BVL) Chief Finance Officer and he also oversees some back office operations.

Alexandre initially joined the VCCI in 2021 and is currently serving a second term as Treasurer for the Council, and is very involved in ensuring best financial management practices.

When asked about what he wants to achieve as being an important member of the Council, Alexandre indicated that he wanted the best for the Ni Vanuatu people and the country as a whole. He emphasized that Vanuatu has got so much potential and with some good vision, the country could potentially become a strong force in the South Pacific.

Alexandre has volunteered his time and service to VCCI because he recognizes that his work experience gives him the opportunity to serve the country, by sharing his expertise, and contributing to strategies engaged for the appropriate resolution of the matters that are sometimes tricky for Vanuatu.

Being originally from France, Alexandre has been in the South Pacific for many years, first as the COO of BRED Solomons-Islands and has been in Vanuatu with his family since 2019. As he puts it, he and his family love Vanuatu.
